Community Life Community Life Committee Chairpersons: Larry Steffensen Email: communitylife@mhr.org Description : • The Community Life Committee is made up of various organizations in the parish that form the faith of and build a deeper sense of Christian community for all ages and interest groups in the parish; in order to evangelize and serve those in need within the parish community, as well as those in the extended local community regardless of their religious affiliation. • The Community Life Committee coordinates the following groups: AIDS in Africa Ministry, Centering Prayer, Children and Youth Catechesis, Faith Sharing Groups, Those Interested in Becoming Catholics, JustFaith, AIDS Support Group, Outreach to the Homebound, Reconnecting, Social Events, St. Vincent de Paul Conference at MHR, Sunday Coffee Hour, Wednesday Suppers, and Young Adult Group, and the newest parish ministry for New Parishioners. Meetings : None Specified Activities : None Specified The Community Life Committee was part of the parish leadership bodies formed during the Parish Assessment and Renewal Process undertaken by the parish last 2004.
