Description:
Being a very busy Church, the Parish Office is ever in need of volunteers for various tasks and projects. And the Parish Office has had reliable help from volunteers who are willing to help in the office/parish operations on a regular basis. Most of them come on weekdays but some come on weekends.

Meetings: Meets when needed.

Tasks and Projects: Parish List, Facilities Rounds (includes checking and re-stocking janitorial and Church supplies, going over the pews, monitoring the parking lot), stuffing the bulletin, answering the phone and the door, parishioner mailings, filing, birthday lists and sick list, sorting mail, updating parish calendars, proof reading the bulletin, assisting the parish staff and the different parish groups.
